long time grove subscriber here, but the "new" app continues to be atrocious. it is slow, wonky, & it frequently crashes. the old system for subscriptions was also superior to the current "everything every month" deal. I can't tell if that's a bug or not, but whenever I try to delete items deposited into my cart, regardless of my selected frequency, the app crashes. i love the company, but if the app remains this wonky & time-consuming, I am likely to look elsewhere. please fix!

I've been shopping with Grove for a few years now and love it! I do not understand why anyone still buys tree-killing toilet paper. I am super excited about the transition to plastic-free refills. Grove helps me lighten my family's footprints on Mother Earth. Thank you. (post from 2021)

App is nearly unusable. Cart doesn't load half the time and does not get updated when products are added. VIP hub doesn't load with the available gifts either. I like the service and the products but the poor quality of the app is making me consider cancelling my subscription.

This app is garbage! I love Grove, but the app constantly has issues. I do much better just USING MY BROWSER to login. I can't even get the app to open at all now. It just sits on the opening screen for several minutes and then closes completely. Also, when you're looking at an item, and you'd like to enlarge the photo to zoom in, it will not allow you to. It use to, but in their infinite wisdom, they've decided to remove that feature. I'm going to just use the browser.

Love Grove co. but the app has been so unreliable this year. It used to not let me login, now it crashes constantly. It's currently unusable as it won't stay open for more than a minute.

really buggy and makes it hard to edit my cart before a shipment. happy I have a laptop to use the website on. but really inconvenient overall.

I was forced to update the app and now I can't even log in. I think it's safe to say that if I can't even log in, I won't be making any purchases...
