تطبيق يحتاج الكثير من التطوير .. اكثر من ساعتين لتعديل الحجز دون فائدة.. سواء عبر التطبيق او الموقع الإلكتروني الذي لا يعمل بشكل صحيح .

it worked well at the airport when I went to Jeddah, but once I was inside saudia it did not work at all on the mobile phone once. I have to use the website on the laptop which was also very problematic as it kept on crashing during payments.
