this app and the products are a joke they require a subscription to use them then they dont even work they cant even figure out how to program the app to directly take videos which they ask for proof of troubleshooting even on a dead device where a video does nothing they just want to steal money from you!

App is spotty at best. Trying to review the camera crashes the app and it just restarts over and over. It happens way too much and it takes a long time to get a response. Save your time and money for a better system. I'm fed up with all the problems and I'm not sure I'll keep it much longer.

One of the best wireless camera applications. (Believe me, I'm using a lot, as I have different brands of cameras).

camera is decent, service and plans are a joke. the "30days" is a complete lie, I could never replay anything more than 7days. out of all the days I needed the footage, the camera just so happened to not work and they couldn't explain why. customer service is a waste of time. dont waste your money on this app, it will just cost you.

if you ever see these cameras on sale and think about giving these guys a try stay far away the app sucks takes forever to load the cameras will just randomly not load for no reason don't use this for serious home security because if someone breaks into your house and you're trying to load cameras they will probably shoot you dead before the stupid cameras load
