useless app! This app and its website are useless. I cannot find or enter my reservations therefore I can't select the seats that I want. I expected much more from you guys!

JAL - The best airline we've ever flown. Superior economy leg room; roughly 2-3 inches MORE space from my knee to the seat in front when compared to other airlines such as Qantas, Emirates and Singapore. The service is as you'd expect; courteous, inviting and professional. Shame we didn't use them earlier all these years. I'll be checking JAL first before anyone else before travelling.

The first name must not contain any space in between in order to login. Last name is family name.
