Would give 0 stars, I setup an account and went to login the next day. Asks for my phone number to send a code. Cool. No code, instead asks for password. Cool I got that too. "wrong password" except I made the account yesterday and have the password written down. Go back in the app to try to reset password. Get locked out for suspicious activity. So lucky I didn't have money in it before they locked me out and stole it. Awful app.

found out after signing up that they charge fees to give YOUR money back to you. so you save money as a group, joola takes some, and then gives you the rest. they also ask for a lot of information before this is made clear. I didn't see anything in the app store under the description about fees. I could have missed it.

I didn't like it. There's no way to edit the savings plan after a payment has been first taken, so if your financial situation changes, you are screwed and have to keep up the automatic payments until the payout date. No option for me to payout now, although the finish date is 10/11/24, and today is 10/9/24. Deactivating when it cashes out. Review changed after tech support fixed an issue
