This app is user-friendly and very easy to use. It allows me to do the exercises comfortably anytime, anywhere. I followed a one-month intensive exercise routine with it, and my pelvic muscle strength improved unexpectedly.

wonderful app even just the free version, the concessions for lower income is amazing thank you so much. very discreet app, even in the name of the app (I didn't realise at first so I couldn't find it after installing lol). very thorough explanations, I would love if there were a longer exercise as they dont seem to go very long but you can do multiple different ones.
