Updated review: the app is still a bit buggy here and there but it is workable. The content however is superb for anyone who loves Korean tv drama. Also treat your support desk to something nice. They responded within 15 minutes after my request and solved my issue straight away. Improve the app a bit more and I will add the 5th star 🥳.

i keep getting error [-5021:2053] device profile update failed when i select my profile. i cant watch even though i have paid for the subscription

It's great. I like the quality content, free if a lot of junk others have. Has lots of great selection of wonderful shows. I like K-dramas because overall they are family friendly. This app needs the following improvements. 1) registering from the mobile version you have to be over 18 and are required to select your birth date. But the calendar pop up DOESN'T allow you to enter manually, you have to click some 216 times to go back 18 years. 1x for each month. You cant go back by the year either
