I’m honestly shocked by how careless this laundry service was. I sent a white item for cleaning, and it came back completely destroyed — full of stains and marks that weren’t there before. When I complained, all they said was “we apologise, it’s not our level" and put 10£ as credit for item I bought 100£ That’s it, Absolutely unacceptable. I trusted them with something important, and they ruined it. Never using them again.

awesome! easy to use app, very fair pricing and pickup/delivery was all within the time selected. Way less $$$ than the hotel charges. We had 33lbs of laundry and it was about $62 total....and we didn't spend anytime doing laundry on our trip. Will use again for sure!

The prompt return of freshly laundered garments, well within the agreed-upon timeframe, was greatly appreciated, especially considering the time constraints we were facing. This represents exceptional service.
