I just found a bill for Harley Strout,he died on May 1st, 2025. He was not on this insurance as far as I know but I'm sure he won't be needing it now. Sincerely, Diane Strout

I opened a legal claim on their website and the car window was broken. Later, someone named Roy Brittany said that they couldn't fire us and therefore your expenses won't be covered. There is no such thing as business ethics or human ethics in this company. I have 3 car insurance policies and I'm going to cancel them now. Stay away from this company. They constantly tell lies. You can open a claim on their website but they said no.

It's an okay tracking app but it is ambiguous on speed (not clear which speeds are penaluzed) and not accurate on phone use. My son touched the phone to check how far from our destination we were and that recorded as distracted driving

used to work just fine, but now that they've enabled two-factor authentication and won't let you use something like the Microsoft authenticator app... for some reason... using the app is a literal nightmare. You would much rather use your phone's browser to allow for proper authentication use, because that's what it's going to do when you try to log on using the app, largely rendering it useless. until this is fixed, avoid this app for the time being.
