THIS! THIS IS THE BEST FILE MANAGER FOR ANDROID YET. It's clean, it's fast, it's material you, it's simple but powerful, it's ZERO ads and subscription BS, it's free, and most importantly: it's a goddamn file manager.

I use a different file manager that I like better so far (won't mention names out of respect to dev). I downloaded this because it gets good reviews. I'm sure it works well, but one thing immediately turns me off (if it can be remedied please let me know) is the wasted space (lines) between folders (the use of two lines when only one is needed) so that I have to scroll needlessly in many cases. I would like to explore it more but that in itself is a deal breaker for me.
