they should have an option to message the seller and do the money exchange in person. otherwise using your card can lead to getting scammed

App support for buyers and sellers is practically nonexistent. This company just wants money over and over and will try to get it out of their sellers as much as possible even when we use Mercari Shipping labels for protection from shipment damage. Theres also a high surge of scammy buyers recently. Beware who you interact with if you decide to use the app.
