I used this app to purchase a bespoke blazer - I recently transitioned jobs and needed a sharp casual jacket. The app was easy to use. I received the jacket in a few weeks. It didn't fit perfectly but MTailor made it right. I contacted customer service, took a few pictures and shared them, then they sent me a new jacket that fits perfectly and looks great. The material in this classic blazer is good quality and in style, the cut is up to date. well done!

even with following directions, full body and etc, this still cant generate a measurement. even after 3 times lol its a joke

Avoid this company like the plague. The "high tech" measurements were mostly wrong, they were very late with my order and, despite the verbiage in their app, they have been overall unresponsive to my request items.

I was skeptical, but MTailor absolutely delivered! I’m 6'2", 350 lbs with a long torso, thick neck, long arms, and a big waist. Nothing ever fits me "off the rack", it's either too short, tight, or blousy. My MTailor dress shirt fit perfectly in every measurement. I’ve never had a shirt fit so well and I actually teared up! The app was easy, accurate, and fast. I’ve told everyone about it and will definitely order again. MTailor, please make dress shoes next!

If you have a preference for looking good in "levi" type pants then you need to have MTailor fashion you a pair of their phenomenal pants. I like to wear levis but have always had problems getting a pair that fit me without bagging in the butt or lacking the sufficient taper to look good. MTailor has made 3 pair of pants for me in the last year and make me look great in casual clothes. Their customer service is outstanding...they've remade 2 of my pants to make sure I was happy with the fit.

I was initially sceptical about how accurate the video measurement system would be. I ordered two dress shirts which I received after a few weeks. Both were too snug and I couldn't button the collars. Once I contacted M-Tailor, I was asked to provide photos of me wearing the problem shirts, including closeups of the collar fit. The representative recommended the necessary adjustments and two new shirts were made to the new measurements, at no additional cost.. The remade shirts fit extremely wel
