I want my money back! The service is not good, I had an issue with my aligners and have been emailing for quite a while, I always get the same answer, they ask me to provide pictures, I have done that multiple times and after that there's no follow up. I want my money back!

Scam of a company, they do nothing to help you when you have problems. They just say "talk to our clinical support team" which is just one dude with an AI that has been told to "run the customer in circles until they give up and we can keep their money, never solve their problem if it costs money"

I bought Byte a year ago to adjust my smile for my wedding. My last aligner broke 8 months ago, and they still will not ship me replacement aligners. All they've done is list one excuse after another and come up with new hoops for me to jump through. They have no issue charging me every month but have no intention of actually providing the customer service that was promised with the lifetime insurance that I purchased. Buyer beware of this company

Refuse to provide me the products and services I have already paid for. Changed their policy without providing a new Terms and Service for customers/patients to approve. Withholding all future service due to discrimination against my disabled/no-income status. Refuses to refund me for the service they are unwilling to provide.
