The app is terrible. It isn't geared for those of us who buy the refill cards at Walmart. The actual internet they provide is ok, but the app keeps messing up. Also although I pay for the Platinum Unlimited I can't get the Walmart+ they claim the card allows because there's no way in the app to find out how to use it.

awful customer service. even getting an unlimited plan gives you limits not stated in the fine print. then they do nothing to fix it. saying things like it's only available on a Verizon phone. and they'll sell you a plan with a free (bottom tier) Verizon phone. like I just got this plan recently, why should I have to get a new plan. Last time it was promised if I get platinum itll be unlimited. they don't value customers. and worse they don't value their word. no integrity. look elsewhere.
