App works fine... Just wish the operator of the vehicle did not have the option to disable the location of the vehicle

I'm starting to have issues with getting current data. hadn't had issues for two years, but now it's every month. trouble shooting takes forever. and no one offers a discount, credit, or anything for the time lost..... and, I contact the team for trouble shooting. finally was blessed to get a monetary credit, which is greatly appreciated. looks like the only thing that helps is when they push through the diagnostic report. I use for two vehicles. one is for elderly parent, useful. thx Alyssa, 😊
