terrible app. You can't trust anything on this app to work. It's impossible to find in network providers and they change them every few months. Also they try to sell their online doctors visit as free but they hit you with hidden fees and you can never get the online visits to work.

update again: a month later and still not able to login to the app. not able to reset password. no issue logging into a browser. strictly an issue with this garbage app. Thank God I'm switching to Anthem next year. Update: Unable to login, unable to reset password again. Please test your updates before deploying to your user base. This is getting ridiculous.

couldn't even use it. tried to log in with my credentials and it said something was wrong. Tried to reset my password, it thought my password was strong and re-entering matched...then a pop-up saying password reset could not be completed. Tried it again, same result. Back to the online login- which sucks equally bad, cant even keep track if providers list is current.

Good for id cards. Not so great for financial info (what I've spent where), or coverage info. For example, I know my plan is changing next period, but I have no way of seeing even the new plan name or any details.
