I have had Humana for a couple of years, and, I really appreciate the customer service. They are always very kind when I call for information and I don't have to worry about whether or not a procedure will be approved.

There's no information - what's the point? Trying to find what facilities are available under Silver Sneakers - not one bit of info. No detailed info on plan coverage. And one link doesn't work, goes to an error page. Absolutely unprofessional - certainly hope their service is better than this looks.
