it used to be great. that is until they thought popping up videos as you scroll past it thinking you're going to watch it. I can't believe they thought this was a good idea without the option to disable it. Very intrusive. I can't think of any other main stream media app that has inconvenienced users in this way. I've gotten to the point where I opt to open my other apps first. By then I've lost interest in opening the nbc app because of the videos popping up.

App has become super ad based with scrolling ads in the middle of content. Has also removed all the local news section.
