after reading all the one-star reviews I was very skeptical of being forced to download the new app and all those reviews were correct! the first experience is awful! why couldn't Nespresso allow the old app to transfer my account to the new app? why do I have to create a new account? I used my usual email and added a special character to the pw and get 'your credentials are not valid for this app! ugh. no thanks

Doesn't Work. Keeps telling me I am not allowed. Raised the issue with customer services and sent them a screen shot and heard nothing back! Not a good service as I have to phone them to order.
