l had occasion to contact customer service today. The 3 people i spoke to were really helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable ,particularly with regard to the apps and associated issues i was experiencing. Terrific service.

awful. had to reinstall the app. New app no where near as good as the previous one. Cannot understand who sanctioned this change but they need sacking.
