The Nourish platform is strong overall, but the app nearly makes me want to quit the program every day. The AI-based food-logging is not only inaccurate and inconsistent, but also excruciatingly slow. Logging a single meal item from the 'Recents' tab can take up to 30 seconds, if not more, so a meal with several items is a multi-minute ordeal.

my nutritionist is excellent to work with. however their referral system and support ticket process sucks. I have had an issue for over a month, have exchanged 14 emails, been told 6 times someone is looking into it.

you will have to excuse me because I'm not very technology savvy I had some questions before I answered some of your questions so can we finish doing this after my first appointment plus I don't have anything to compare this to I don't know if this is a great app for website or not I have nothing to compare it to anyway I hope this is helpful to you and it has been to me thank yodo you know whether it's a great app or what's not a great app.

So terribly slow. I don't know if it's just in my phone but, I opened and closed the app so many times to try to make it act right. It didn't accept my insurance but I wanted to see if I could still use the app so I tried to make a profile. It took 15-20 minutes because it was buffering so badly. When I was finally nearing the end it kicked me out. I wasn't about to start all over again so I deleted the app.

UPDATE- they still doing absolutely NOTHING. Emails =0help Do NOT put your credit card. They guarantee not to charge you for the 1st session but they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY. Switched me to Self Pay WITHOUT my permission and deleted my insurance when I asked them (and they agreed) to resubmit claim to insurance due to an error. So even though I otherwise liked the app 1 star or less deserved for breaching their promise. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau of not fixed on Monday.

Glitchy at best. When you try to look back on days it glitches and shows no records. Then if you try to go back to today it shows no records. It is very frustrating and it is making me want to quit.

Great! But desperately need a widget. I have to use a memo widget to remind myself what to do during the day, else I forget. I wish we could get various widgets to remind us to log our food or take photos. Im also unable to add steps manually. It doesnt sync with my garmin despite troubleshooting so I emailed the help desk. Otherwise its a fantastic app.
