The wheel keeps turning on the credit card/balance section. To see my resort credits I had to talk to an event planner. Additionally, all the main restaurants require a reservation but you can't click on the app to select the restaurant. And only ONE restaurant clearly stated you need a reservation. Moon palace you have to do better!

can't actually book anything with reservation credits through the app or even through email. customer service is horrible

Latest update is horrible!!!!! This is my 3rd Palace vacation in 2025. In October I had to update the app. It takes minutes for the app load, EVERY time I open it. This is on Palace WiFi. Developers, have you ever heard of caching? Why do you have to fetch data every time the app opens?
