Alway having to log in to change time card has made things take longer and not speed things up. Needs to have time card as a side app and not fully logging in so you can change thins on the fly.

This app is garbage and has way to many bugs. In the last year it's only let me sign in once or twice. You HAVE to change your password every single time you log in and now my account is randomly deleted and doesn't exist anymore. its probably extremely easy to hack which is why it never works

horrible customer services, just now I was trying to get help with an issue with my library course, both chat live agent left the chat abruptly in the middle of the conversation after I spent 30 minutes, it was very frustrating. They don't want to deal with employees only employers.

Every single time I attempt to log into this app, it sends me a verification code even after I click remember my device. Not happy with this constant issue

NIGHTMARE Absolutely hands down the worst customer service. I could imagine an app having. I am at a new job. Trying to set up my account so that I can get paid. And they have paused my check, saying that I'm giving incorrect information. They are trying to log me in to an old account.I had four years ago will not accept any of my information like my social security et.Cetera, they're taking an old number I used from four years ago.There is no possible way to speak with the customer service repr
