I give it to stars which personally is generous atp. I love this printer and the app is easy to use. however I am p!ssed that I paid &36.99 for a year of the pro subscription as I use it often for tattoos. my subscription is still active yet in the app its saying I am not a pro member meaning i am paying for nothing and getting no benefits from it. contact support is useless too.

I'm lo-tech for sure..... so Phomeno certainly created this thermal printing app for "dummies". It came suggested by my printer manual to use a different app to blu tooth and use it to print shipping labels so I did. Whata huge waste of my time! Downloading, uploading, importing..... what the heck's the difference??I can print anything on any size paper I want on my thermal printer and Phomeno's got my back. I can somehow get it right by my second try on this app so it's got my 5 stars.

this is the best printer hands down that I have used ,I have purchased several thermal stencil printers in the past and they just didn't cut it or give me the experience that I was looking for and what I had built up in my head that it was going to print like the quality and definition. This printer is deffinatly hands down the best quality printer , the images are exactly what you see you get with high definition for a thermal printer . I would suggest if you dont have one , get one !!!!!!!!!!
