Initially not accepting my email-address, stating it was an invalid address. Opened the webpage on pc and installed from the link on webpage to my smartphone. The email-address was then accepted.

Too difficult to use. Selecting photos is very difficult because it doesn't integrate with Google photos properly. Even if you manage to import some photos, putting the right photo in the right place is impossible. The photos I did manage to add to the card were zoomed in so much they were unusable. Also, the app assumed that because I am in Thailand, I must use the Thai language - there was no option to switch to English.

had multiple time cannot upload project completely. apps like to stop on its own.

the app needs improvement in terms of allowing the user to view the project after checkout, i had trouble with one of the photos being uploaded and I had to choose a different photo because no one can tell which one (except me if I can see them). it's great idea and service but I'm out after my first and last order arrives. cs is quick in resolving issues and i hope i didn't have to do it

first I thought it won't be a great experience ordering it online. But I tell you, it's a great great stuff they provide you with. I just received the Album a while ago and I can't stop myself writing this for Photobook. It's a super value for money. I became their permanent customer now.
