I use Kroger pay to checkout every time I grocery shop, that's fine if not finicky. but almost 5 extra dollars for a "pick up" fee?? What a scam! charge for cash back, charge for delivery, CHARGE FOR PICK UP?? We have to pay extra for a payed employee to RUN AND GRAB food? Not even for delivery? Total scam!

Your app now works but it is not user friendly. Tried using digital and I couldn't find the product and neither could the store manager. You use to be able to scan the QR code to get it but now you can't. Come on Krogers! Get some real coders. Maybe have a trial before releasing. And, I wasn't the only customer at the service desk with the same question and complaint about your app. Customer service said they'd been dealing with this issue since you updated the app. Fix this or I'm done with you

I have been very dissatisfied with the new changes to the app (about a week ago). The different pages take an extended amount of time to load (between 1-3minutes). I am connected to WIFI, have an updated version of the app, and tried restarting my phone. I have been having this issue with the new app over the course of several days.

not liking the newest update. I no longer have the option to quickly add items to my list from favorites or recently bought sections, it now it defaults to 'add to cart'. in order to add it to my shopping list, I have to tap on the item to open the item and then add it to my list. I also can't add items to my list FROM my list anymore. what's the point of having the list option if you're making it harder for people to use it. tried using the cart as my list but now items won't delete off of it.

the new app is terrible it has an old menu anything you want you have to search for it in the search bar you just can't click on a little icon off of menu because there is no menu
