App is again glitchy and will not let me actually check out. Everytime I try to pay in app it glitches and stays on the shopping bag page. Super frustrating

I pay for same day delivery, and am VIB Rouge (so I spend a lot of money with Sephora!) more than half of the time packages are left at the wrong house! I stayed up until 2am to buy almost 20 items for the Savings event, to be told to verify my account. after I did, I am told that someone else as to review it, and I will be notified by email within 48 - 72 hours. So now I will miss out on the popular items. this app sucks!!

Huge Sephora fan, disappointing & not compliant experience. I opted out of all messages except transactional push notifications less than 24 hours ago, and I've since received 4 push notifications. I have not placed an order, so now I'm receiving messages I actively opted out of. The content of the messages also was not great and I was recommended products that weren't even relevant to me. So many more issues with the messaging & app, too few characters to leave in a review, unfortunately.

Everytime that I want to do something in the app ask me to sign in over and over, and even when I selected stay signed, it ask for sign in, it's really annoying.
