The app is useless unless you just want to buy tickets/passes, I can't find a "login area" so basically I can't login into my account to find the pass I already have, very frustrating!!

While the parks can be fun, the wait time is never updated or accurate. Also, mobile ordering has completely disappeared from SFOG

This app is not very functional. Cannot add my season passes. Tried to submit feedback, it doesn't let you submit feedback. Ride times are inaccurate and resturant locations are also inaccurate.

They purposefully make it hard to purchase online so they make you do it in person and pay for extra "fees". The app hardly works, dont trust the online prices. I dont know why the reviews are so good when it doesn't work for me or anybody I know.

I downloaded while at the park to check on if the major rides where down and under maintenance and if they had opened back up. I also wanted to see wait times given for the rides. NONE of that is in this app ...and a FRUSTRATING aspect is that when you are on the map and click on a ride or attraction, the map zooms back to where you are located automatically....so you can't just click all the things around without it going back to your local. pretty disappointed

passes don't load right, pass benefits are not all listed, having issues at the park with my 2025 season drink bottle benefit tgat is included with my diamond membership, and it difficult to navigate around the app
