The device is amazing when it works. Unfortunately, that is infrequent at best. No matter what temperature it is set to, after a few hours, the unit will either turn off or reset the temperature to 78°. All sleep programs are disabled, the water level is fine, and wifi is connected. You have to manually reset the temperature to what you want after the unit wakes you by turning off or heating up. It is a great concept with terrible implementation.

App connected fine and adjusted responsively, but the sleep program kept waking me up at 5am. Turns out I was missing a time zone setting. This should be one of the first things the sleepme app asks when I launched it then, or when I created a sleep program. It's so frustrating when you spend 2k on a product to improve your sleep and it intentionally ruins your sleep.

The app no longer works correctly when setting your temperature preference to "°C", that is, Celsius. the dock pro display keeps switching back to Fahrenheit, and my sleep programs display only in Fahrenheit as well on the app. The app updates are breaking functionality! Also, THE ONLY PURPOSE OF THIS APP IS TO CONTROL YOUR DOCK PRO. No one would use it for any other reason. So I have no idea why their app description doesn't mention the dock pro until about paragraph 4. come on.

Laggy, now only Fahrenheit. After most recent update I can't change it to Celsius. Often takes a while to connect or thinks that parts of the system are offline. At least no longer getting asked to consent over and over. App was always just okay, now slightly less.

Needs work. How about adding an option to just START a sleep routine 'now'. Yes there is scheduling, but I go to sleep at all different times. Can I just put in a single routine, and give a 'start now' button? And do you offer a blanket as well? You have a splitter for sale on your site, for a blanket... but no blanket? Google 'integration' is non-existent. On/off only, no temp controls. Smart-things? Watch? LOVE the chili dock pro. Product is EXCELLENT. apps and integrations are far from 'pro'
