Stop and Shop is the grocery equivalent of buying one of those puzzle scratch tickets. You can't just get the deal with your card, you have to prep on the app before you go to the store. and the app itself is confusing. things are in multiple places. things have multiple names. BOOOOOOO

clipping coupons isn't working

Delivery got scheduled for 10:40PM, 40 minutes after the selected window. I called and rescheduled right after I missed their call about it. Delivery still showed up. After two previous mistakes, I am done with Stop and Shop delivery. Edit: tried sticking to pickup. They were late with that too and there's no way to cancel the order through the app. 10 minutes on hold just to cancel the order

App won't create a new rewards card for me. And because of that the app just breaks, search stops working, clicking on the flyers for a store is spotty at best, and without a rewards card, there are no coupons. Edit: your app is trying to link an account instead of creating a rewards account.
