What a ripoff. Beware of these thieves. I bought a "LIFETIME" pass a few years ago and have been happily rumbling along using it to log my lifts, without any interest in the extra features they developed and put behind a subscription. I logged in to discover they no longer support what I paid for, and if I want to get any functionality at all I have to pay them a subscription. stay away from dishonest business practices like this, who knows what other shady stuff they are pulling.

Used for a couple of weeks and am enjoying it. Very simple. All you need to do is follow it. No need to get stuck on figuring out what stage your at or what you were meant to do. The app has changed and seems a bit clearer than before. It has the same functionality as far as I can tell. I have 2 sites I lift at, one uses lbs and the other Kg with differently weighted plates at each. The app can switch lbs/kg site and works ok. Overall impression is its clear and simple to use.

I'm willing to pay for the premium version but I think there should be a free version that allows you to track your workouts at the very least. Maybe look into doing ad-supported for those who don't subscribe to premium, for example an ad must play when opening the app before getting to the workout tracking page.

This app got me back into lifting edit: why is it all of a sudden I need to pay to access my workout? been using the free version the entire time now its trying to force me to pay

I've been using the app for over a year, and it has all my historical data. Suddenly, I can no longer access my data or keep using it without paying money. I recommend not downloading this app and not trusting this developer if they are going to remove features.

Edit: Now you have to pay monthly. Get 5x5 workout app instead. Old free version: For me, this is not just by far the best workout app (after trying 10 or so), it is certainly one of my top 3 apps overall. I followed the plan for 1 year and made more progress than the 10 years where I didn't know what I was doing in the gym and trainers / YouTube videos were contradicting each other and making the workout process very complicated. Learn the form and you will see progress after 1 month or less.
