horrible experience. same seats sold to 2 different people. got told my tickets were un scanable, so I wasn't allowed in the event and stubhub will not refund me. Will never use again. Will tell all my friends not to trust them or use the service. Just horrible. they will not fix it. disgusting.

Selling your tickets on Stubhub is like trying to do brain surgery while riding on the top of a train. While the train is on fire going over a cliff. For the love of everything holy never use Stubhub. Want to call customer support? Ha. Nope, they will hang up on you. Wish I could give negative stars

This site is garbage. I had tickets to an event that ended up canceled and was listed as such on both the venue's site and the artist's. SH said no, the event was postponed and would not honor their guarantee of a refund until after I raised holy hell with both the venue and the artist.

was scammed from a site that google provided when asked for stubhub. I also can't seem to access tickets I bought months ago. I can't find a phone number to straighten out this mess

They are thieves straight up! They never delivered my concert tickets and refused to reimburse me because I waited 3 days to call them about it. They are a immoral company that should be put down like a dog on its death bed for being thieves.

I always come to StubHub for event tickets. If I have to pay a bit more, or even have access to good seats, I can depend on StubHub.
