everything bis okay better then other social media app but one problem I'm facing #406 translation disabled please send me fix.. and another problem crash every time i open app

App was working normally but suddenly came up with restrictions. I had only been using the app to communicate with a few people, probably exchanging 10 messages back & forth daily so it can't be flagged as excessive volumes or spam, I re started my phone and reinstalled the app but now it just comes up with an error message when I put my phone number in to log in. I've emailed the contact us details but still not heard back from them which is very frustrating.

my experience is very very bad and so disappointing 😭. I have lost count on how many times as every time am told I will receive a code on my phone number but it never come. tried to change the number but still the same problem
