tenants are required to pay processing fee. In order to pay your rent, you have to pay an additional fee just to process your payment. only the scummiest people in the world charge you an additional fee just to pay your current bills.

it sucks that the auto pay feature gets turned off every year which has caused me to miss a few payments. probably an intentional feature and not a bug so they get to charge more late fees
