guys please, I love the service and how you clearly care SO much more about the listening experience and artists than any other platform but please fix the bugs.. I am recommending tidal to everyone still but the asterisk for the bugs is such a big one its hard to convince people like that. Had to uninstall and re install the app due to an unadressed update bug and now my tv app was not only not working, uninstalling made it worse because the tv app is gone. is everything okay over there?

everytime there is a phone uodate, tidal app have issues.....and the fix is alwways reinstall and i loose all my fav's. way to go

11-Oct, since the forced update, more bugs appeared. If you are Offline, the app wants you to update. There's a way to switch to Online, however it's not straight forward since usual buttons are no longer there...

"something went wrong. please try again later." ...WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?! Okay, on the plus side: the music quality is second to none and the interface is slick and uncluttered. Also, I like that you pay a better share to the artists than others...but seriously...you got LOTS of bugs to iron out!! ..so disappointed 😞 I really wanted this to be good! I have repeatedly followed all the instructions from tech support, and still the same issues are recurring...plus no podcasts!???

I was using this application effectively until the most recent update. Now, I am unable to use the app because it repeatedly prompts me to update to the latest version, even though I have already installed it. Please investigate and fix this issue.

I enjoy the UI, the high fidelity tracks (when listening on the proper equipment) and even the wide selection of music. However, I'm disappointed to see they have not banned AI "music." yet, I don't think Tidal is the audience for that slop.
