Tonal is responsible for my 47 pound loss!!! The TONAL programs are tailored to help me reach deliberate goals of attaining strength, flexibility, endurance and lean muscle. TONAL Coaches are motivating, encouraging and inspiring to hold me accountable and keep me engaged in each exercise. Because of Tonal, I feel like I have personal trainrrs on call for every workout. I'm stronger, leaner, stable on my feet and look and feel amazing. I can't imagine life without my TONAL equipment!!

It’s a solid app, but the watch interface only works with Apple, and heart rate isn’t used for smart weight adjustments. Tonal once led the pack with innovation, but updates now feel safe and predictable. Competitors are pushing ahead. I’d love to see Tonal bring back the bold ideas that set it apart and surprise users with features they didn’t even know they needed.

great app. easy to use and a must have if you are a tonal user. I love it for workouts on the fo when away from tonal. you have it all at your fingertips. yoga, meditation, stretching, Pilates,etc

Run away from this company. Super shady business practice. The equipment doesn't work at all without internet. Abusive subscription. You bought a 5k equipment and without the subscription, all functionalities go away, really. Check Speediance.

This relates more to the tonal machine than the app, but it is annoying that updates are forced to be done at the beginning of a workout without the option to do them at the end of a workout. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a tight schedule and doesn't have time to wait 5+ minutes and still be able to get my workout in.

No Google / Android smart watch support is the dumbest decision anyone could make at Tonal. Let's just abandon half of our user base!
