The app is useful and easy to navigate. The filter system doesn't work well. I wish you could organize by what is sold in store versus online only brands. I miss the licensing tabs, like harry potter only or outlander. I recommend window shopping with the app, then going to the store to check stuff out before purchasing.

I haven't ordered from torrid in a few years and I am very disappointed in the quality of their clothes made cheaply now I ordered over $500 in clothes 2 shirts where garbage one was a white hello kitty shirt and the sleeves where black the dye was over the white and I ordered a long sleeve powderpuff girls shirt and it has a whole in it . very disappointed i ordered from Torrid not temu for a reason. I should of save $400 @ ordered from temu ! if I could add photos I would !

KILL THE MUSIC!!!!! Rewards expire FAST!! Photos are very lacking, not showing fit or texture well. Deals and prices shown in app are often not available. Not spending $95 on a dress I can't see well. Actual prices are up to 2x what is shown on the thumbnails. The app is super frustrating to navigate as Selecting sizes and color combos have improved but still not user friendly. Checkout is needlessly confusing. Stop the fast fashion 🤮
