Update 10/26/25 - 1 year later: Still hate this app for the same reasons. The app constantly wants me to sign in and signs me out randomly; the screen showing if the doors are locked needs to be refreshed before showing current data; the data is not timely; and I usually have to start the truck twice via remote start because the first attempt fails. I don't usually leave reviews, but considering I have to pay $80 a year to subscribe to remote start, I expect much more from this app.

Do you see the permissions on this thing? They collect all your data. Even want to send emails to contacts "without users knowledge". Um... No.

every time my phone connects that tells me that my battery is low on my phone, even if my battery's at 100% I looked it up and that's a glitch they've not fixed. while I'm driving the music will begin to mess up as if it's losing connection. And on top of that to pay $15 just to have my phone connect to the vehicle is a ridiculous amount of money. and the fact that I have to have that app in order to use remote start, that's crooked.
