Good app. I find it can be glitchy at times where flights available on Google searches are available within the app, but they sometimes disappear. Apparently, this is a connection issue, and you just need to try need to wait some time and try again. This can be very frustrating. I also have issue when booking train tickets where there are tube stops included. I find I am only able to book the train into Paddington, but can't add in the additional tube stops like I can in the trainline app.

Bad user interface, the app has issues when booking/deleting reservations. Also, you cant modify your tickets yourself. I had a semi-flexible train ticket, but you can't modify it without going through customer service even at a fee. And guess what, if customer service is on a break, you're going to miss your train/flight. It can be very useful, but if you're expecting a flexible and efficient booking app, this is not it. I'll give 2 stars because customer service apologised a lot.

Used to be a decent app, but after the recent update it disappeared. The store shows me that it's still installed but I cannot find it anywhere on my phone. Edit: managed to fix it myself but not with the help of customer support (I did receive a reply but their advice didn't work). The app is not bad but the fact that it disappeared after an update is not great.
