The gold standard for holiday makers looking for peace of mind when travelling avroad. Myself and wife had a horrific experience in Turkey resort recently, my wife was SA'd by staff. it is difficult to prove these things, especially abroad. thanks to the integrity of TripAdvisor, my review and warning to all future guests remains on the site. This proves that you can rely on TripAdvisor not to hide unfavorable reviews and clearly hold the safety of their users paramount.

This is the negative review you're waiting for. first, I downloaded the app for convenience only found that I couldn't find itinerary in the tour for meeting point, so I had to deleted it and go back to the web page mode. second, even your web page account does not open the email link for my confirmed and paid trip. Apparently you need a better IT team.
