This app was the best. Designed thoughtfully, developed carefully, brilliantly executed. Easy to use, any & all bookings kept up to date on Galaxy, iPhone, PC or iPad calendars. Then a couple of months ago (tho' email sync is 'ON'; app is 'connected'; uninstalled & reinstalled etc) it stopped updating anywhere. Tinkering risks sending TripIt to the graveyard of great apps killed by bright-eyed MBAs on their first consulting gig, trying to force the SoaS KoolAid down unwilling throats.

This app is perfect for me. I do a lot of last minute travel and Tripit is THE app to coordinate everything involved in your trip. You simply forward your confirmation emails to Tripit and they construct your itinerary in a seamless, easy to read format. The app interface lets you tweak/edit your trip with multiple options. Tripit even sends reminders when to check in. One missed detail could ruin a trip. Tripit has made travel easier for me

Not very user friendly. I used to like the app a lot but recently it stopped automatically importing flight details from emails. It reads the first leg of the flight and the rest is lost. Adding flights manually is a poor experience, e.g. the default date for a new flight is today rather than the day of the flight that is already added to the trip.

This is a very good app, and the concept is excellent for any traveler, but there are details in the functionality and design that make it difficult to manage and add plans. These details aren't the reason for the low rating, but the fact that I sent them an email with recommendations, and instead of considering them and fixing the issues, they suggested I add even more steps to the already frustrating experience.

TripIt records our trips. (My wife puts in the information.) It will not, however, place any of the itinerary onto my Google calendars. The directions to sync calendars were less than exact; I followed them as best I could: FAIL. I cannot recommend TripIt for more than basic information that one could install oneself on any calendar application.

Everything I needed! I was looking for an app that would display all my trip details in 1 place where a simple notes app isn't really helpful, and Tripit was exactly it! you send your bookings or flight details to their email and it is automatically imported into your phone! Highly convenient!

organizes all my trip info in one place including pertinent documents, passport, KTN, drivers license, and allows chosen people access to all my trip info. used it for many years for both business and other trips. love it and wouldn't be without it ❤️ 💕
