We had an awesome return to Laura and Paul's SancTREEary. It is a peaceful retreat looking after Coco - a small dog with a big personality. Herds of deer routinely pass by the many windows of this home located on the edge of the golf course. Coco is well known in the neighbourhood and introduced us to some of the people who live there. This home is beautiful. Coco warmed up to us quickly and sought our company in the den, sometimes sleeping on our lap. Thanks for having us!

If I were rating the concept, I’d give TrustedHousesitters 5 stars. But I can't give this rating to the app. The issue is about notifications: saved searches and favorited listings are bundled together, which means I receive alerts I don’t want. I only need notifications for my saved searches (when I’m available), not every single update from my favourites. It quickly becomes overwhelming. Customer service confirmed that there's currently no way to separate them, which is unfortunate.

Great service. Terrible app. App is clunky and repeatedly required me to re-enter information to create a listing.

Great service, we couldn't have had a better experience. Just giving 4 stars as the chat functionalities are a struggle on the app. It takes too long to load messages. We're using the app on a Pixel 9 pro and a an IPhone 16.

sadly pretty buggy and the UX could be better Some examples: - notification dot does not update when already seen - clicking on push notification often results in error - clicking on a location in the map often selects random locations and not the one I clicked on - the app often crashes randomly (on a flagship phone) - the spacing is off across the app UX issue: - why can't I edit my saved searches?
