Clearfield manager is rude to me and wife twice. I've been a customer for 5yrs now! so we went and moved our property into ogden utah uhaul ..the management of ogden said that they've heard from others about her as well. not very good people skills nor is she professional of her position at all.. very frustrating dealing with her 🙃 😒 🙄 😕 😑

The app wouldn't let me create an account. Then, after I created an account online, the app still wouldn't let me sign in using my credentials. Uninstalling.

I don’t recommend 112 Clarke Rd. The general manager, Fatima, was rude and made me feel harassed when I suggested that they might need another person to help support the line. Having only one person to provide information and assist customers is not enough. I also asked for help using the app to make a reservation because it wasn’t working, but I never received an answer. Instead, she transferred me to another location. In the end, I spent two hours just to get the truck from a different branch.

doesn't work. horrible app . you fill everything out to check in and it erases everything and makes you start over. then after trying it 20 more times you finally give up . weeeeee fun!!
