blocks most almost all spam calls

Still garbage. After 4 years. NOW I get my own phone number blocked as spam. How can my own number be spam? I now get a checking account status spinning wheel. And it never loads. Garbage. Doesnt work anymore. Verizon tech help no help at all. After a year. STILL a garbage app. Hours of delayed info on calls that come in.
