Update: Still really poorly managed unfortunately. Never was an exceptional app or user experience. Feels clunky and disorganized, but has always managed to get the job done over the last few years. Now the inbox feature doesn't work at all. Without the ability to message guests there really is no need for the app, and truly it makes working with VRBO in general less desirable than other platforms that provide a streamlined, and comfortable UX.

Update to previous review after three years of use. 1. Woefully inadequate support either on the App or website. 2. If travelling overseas you get logged out and you cannot sign back in. You will get a stupid message to sign in later. This means you can no longer message tenants and they cannot message you if they have a problem. This uprofessional and potentially a legal issue if someone is hurt. The Virtual Assistant is completely useless.

VRBO take a large commission, but for this you get a team available for advice.

Unacceptable! This app has not worked or show information for almost a month!! malfunctioning means I will only do Airbnb from now on to secure business.

the app is almost as bad as this company's property owner support. glitchy, non intuitive. I specifically love how when you press the send button to respond to a guest it doesn't actually send the message it just closes the key board and lags making you think the message has sent but it hasn't. it's super helpful when you don't respond to a booking inquiry and lose out on that money. thanks VRBO glad your fees keep going up.
