The app is a little confusing. But the employees, I would never recommend anyone to finance through this place. They are hateful, leave you on hold all the time! I wanted to see how long hold time would be, 3 days! Keep in mind, if you call them, you BETTER RECORD THE CONVERSATION! They told me my vehicle was paid off from the recent hail storm. I owed nothing! Gap was picking up the rest. NOPE! Gap only paid $600. Gap was suppose to pay it all! Westlake will not help you with gap! They lie!

I can't adjust my payment to either pay more or less since the updates have been made to the app. I now have to call and talk to a representative every time. Sucks

Don’t do business with them — it’s a gang of thieves. Be careful with this company — they do everything they can to steal your money.

TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING!! Making a payment through the app is nearly impossible. It doesn't let you pay down your balance in between monthly payments. Anytime you call with an issue it's a greeting from AI(annoying as hell) and an extra $5 "service fee" for trying to settle your payment OR they call you to straighten it out...with a greeting from AI and a $5 service fee. So glad I only have 2 payments left. Definitely wouldn't recommend the app or the finance company, straight nickel and dimers.

The only thing that was wrong with this app was navigation. The forward and back buttons were located in the top left and right of the screen, making them very difficult to use. They have been moved further down making things much easier now. Thanks for the update.
