for the first time using it was freakin good / felt good / easy to use / straight forward direction/ no over explained to confuse the hell out of you like most trainers and apps best of all the price shoot try it dont take my word for it but after you use it you'll remember my post GET IT GO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELFS YOUR ONE STEP AHEAD OF THE GAME

That’s exactly the issue — you’re hiding behind “subscription logic” while failing to be transparent with your customers. There was no prior notification or reminder that the cost would jump from £25 to £65 — a 160% increase. It’s misleading and feels deliberately designed to catch people out. The lack of clear communication is unacceptable, and it’s disgraceful that a fitness app operates this way.

Watch out on the subscription renewals! Cancel well before the renewal date. Having to pay £66 for an app that I won't use.

I've tried alot of different apps, programs, pt programs at the gym, and honestly, this is incredible! super customisable, which i love, as a mum of 3 boys, picking 15mins for my whole workout is amazing! The ability to add my home equipment means it gets used and not ignored coz the programs are either home body weight or gym orientated. LOVE THIS APP! thank you!! god send! ^_^

limited equipment, workout flexibility, metrics, no nutrition. Overall, this product does not deliver. Equipment for home workouts is very limited. The program does not offer a lot of flexibility. Use of any meaningful AI features is pretty limited. Compares poorly against other/cheaper apps...or even just using ChatGPT or Copilot, to plan out your routines. Just buy a wearable timer, and skip this app. When I tried getting a refund, I was ghosted.
