scam alert ⚠️ I watched and thought this was a legitimate tracking only to find it was fake. They said my items were delivered when they weren't. They asked for feedback and I complained, no response. Don't use!!! I did as requested in the response from the app and still no help and I stand by what I said. Don't use

can't get hold of to discuss my parcel not being delivered even though they've marked it as delivered.

Followed directions after my package was unfortunately redirected elsewhere. If my information is lost due to a bug, I still have the email and apology as there is a legitimate reason how I got here in the first place.

while inside the tracking app is fairly accurate and easy to navigate, the alerts are useless. I'm tracking a parcel, get an app alert that the parcel has a change and is "in transit" yet inside the app the status remains "info received" by carrier, so NO update. sent message to support, have only gotten canned response from them, even after I responded to message. obviously you either didn't read what I've said, or you completely miss understood what I said. but I'll send to the email.
