I have been using this App for 7weeks For my Powerlifting Training it has everything I need for auto tracking all my progression Data. It allows you to set your program and Exercises with RIRs for weeks and blocks also able to pre set Deloads and it calculates your estimated 1RMs on tracking your RIRs on each set. Finding easy to use and it's Great Value for Money highly recommend. It has all varieties of training programming to choose from.

Amazing app but I wish I could run two plans at the same time so I can track weightlifting sessions that I do in the morning separately from my cardio sessions which I do at lunch. I currently have to create a separate one-off workout every day for my cardio sessions. It would also be nice to have a visible timer that can be reset when I'm doing a timed exercise since I currently use the rest timer (and the negative) to track the time of my next set but this only works on sets 2+ not the 1st.

the perfect app but... subscription mode for the premium... the free is enough but I'll like to just buy the app and not pay monthly something.
