Frustrating experience setting this up. WiFi just wouldn't work. Scanning the device wouldn't work. Finally on ethernet cable it connected.

I don't know how else to get a response from Aqara but post here. I got a camera hub and the wizard to set it up does not allow for qr code scanning. And when I try to get support, their chat bot is either offline, or only speaking Chinese. I've been doing home automation for a while now, and I've never used such a sloppy, bug filled app.
