never a good experience with this company, I'm a super positive person but I honestly don't know how this company is still a thing .it's unreliable, customer service is terrible, on phone and through email. parcels are sent to the wrong regions, or just left in random places, the drivers aren't friendly, id rather pay extra and get NZ post on the job..I'm sure there are some amazing drivers and workers here but my personal expenses every time is just their unreliable. have a blessed week.

worst system i can't even delete my account It says error code, i got the phone number of the delivery agent, when i called him it was the wrong person and also the live tracking was not working, the whole day it was showing the vehicle was staying in one location

Horrible, started with my default address, and after all this step there is a problem in selecting date showing for another 3 months, please rectify all the problem, in website is a confusing on payment popup it appears after choosing pickup time atlease should be mention on your website is not on payment page that it should be at lease mention on payment page even customer service couldn't guide for payment he is telling is on payment page which is not is on pickup page
